They don't have a dedicated menu, but we've been there a couple of times and there are some great gluten-free options, and they also prepare it with gluten-free bread!

Gourmet restaurant in the center of Vicenza, with dishes made from selected and high-quality products. They do not have a dedicated gluten-free menu but the owner is attentive and understands the issue. The kitchen staff is prepared and careful. I have eaten here several times without any problems. A well-maintained historic venue. Beautiful internal garden. Excellent wines.
