We had lunch in this very characteristic place on May 1st. They offer you gluten-free bread and/or crackers upon arrival, main courses and desserts all with gluten-free alternatives, the same goes for the first courses, except for the agnolotti. Everything was very good, with great attention to contamination and spectacular wine. Recommended restaurant.

Particular and flavorful! Most of the menu is gluten-free or available in a gluten-free version. Fassona tartare with sundried tomatoes and Taggiasca olives was really interesting, and capunet (savoy cabbage roll filled with meat) on a bed of babaganush was truly divine! Everything was so good that if I hadn’t been full after the appetizer and main course, I would have ordered a first course. Several dishes passed by me with a definitely inviting aroma! I opted for a dessert: summer tiramisu. TOP! Delightful staff, just like the food. Highly recommended!

Wonderful little restaurant in the center of Acqui Terme where you can enjoy excellent Piedmontese dishes. Great wine cellar. Additionally, there is a strong focus on gluten-free customers and the gluten-free dishes are excellent. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, and the service is also great. Another place to add to my list of restaurants to return to for the food, wine, and hospitality.

A really exceptional restaurant next to the Bollente: each dish is tasty and well cared for. The menu is incredibly intuitive: gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are clearly indicated. The staff is kind, available, and professional. I went with a friend and we both enjoyed all the dishes, impressed by the original and curated proposals. We didn't have a chance to try everything! So, we will return :) Update, a month later: we returned as promised! Still, two dinners are not enough to try everything. For me, at the top of the list are the tagliatelle (gluten-free) with white ragù and "Lo scomposto"! It’s a joy to be able to taste dishes of this quality, especially when you have dietary restrictions.

Innovative cuisine linked to Piedmontese tradition with vegan and gluten-free dishes. Love and passion in the dishes and very kind staff. Excellent wine list. Everything exceptional, I will definitely return.

I would give 5 stars if they had been faster. Very good and refined dishes. Attentive to everyone's needs (vegan, gluten-free, etc.). Friendly staff and very romantic outdoor tables. I would definitely come back. Mid to high price range.
