Walking through the central street of Carrara, you can't help but stop to eat something in this bakery!! A mouth-watering focaccia from Recco... with so much cheese inside that you dream of it in Liguria.... White truffle in season... And you can't miss tasting the pasta with pepper cream and shrimp tails!!! Really TOP Manuel and Azzurra... compliments.. And for those with food intolerances, 50 meters away they have another bakery for celiacs with gluten-free products...

GLUTEN-FREE AND LACTOSE-FREE POINT not far from the main shop, the area dedicated to gluten-free is full of good things! Fresh pasta, sweets, pizzas, and focaccias... I tasted a very delicious jam brioche (and those with celiac disease know how hard it is to find even decent ones!) and a shrimp lasagna with an orange aroma that was divine... 🩷

Thank you for thinking about people with celiac disease! OPENING OF A NEW GLUTEN-FREE AND LACTOSE-FREE LOCATION We tasted pizza with stracchino cheese and vegetables, focaccia with stracchino and sausage, and a piece of plain round focaccia. For being gluten-free, they were really good, especially for the first day and the inauguration! The rest will surely improve with time ♥️
