5-star hotel with a spa. In addition to the very beautiful location, another great plus is the attention and variety of gluten-free options. They have a breakfast area with a dedicated GF zone featuring many types and brands of bread, brioche, sweets, and muesli. The breakfast was really superb; they made me a Benedict egg with salmon and avocado on the bread of my choice. For dinner, there was a predefined menu (in addition to a buffet of appetizers) where one of the two options is gluten-free, including both the first and second courses as well as dessert.
