Excellent restaurant, wide selection of gluten-free dishes and maximum attention to the customer and their safety. Very kind and courteous staff: they explained to me that although they do not have separate kitchens, they have dedicated utensils and pots that they use for gluten-free clients. I ate here with my son and my husband, and I would recommend this place to all the celiacs visiting Ragusa Ibla. It's a super nice place and the staff is very, very attentive not only to the customers (big and small), but also to intolerances and celiac disease. There are gluten-free appetizers, first and second courses, as well as pizzas and desserts. The menu is very clear with specifications for celiacs, as is the knowledgeable staff. I had salmon in a pistachio crust and they also brought me bread!

Wonderful typical Sicilian restaurant with a gluten-free menu. We had mixed fried fish, a millefeuille of Ibleo pig with vegetables, caciocavallo cheese, and caponata. Everything was delicious, attentive and courteous service, a very interesting environment with various rooms decorated with local artworks. Absolutely recommended!

More than positive experience. We had dinner with 7 people, tasting various dishes: linguine allo scoglio, seafood starter, seared tuna with vegetables, pizza, and dessert. All the dishes fully satisfied us and were described by the manager in a detailed and thorough manner. Most of the dishes, including the fried ones, are available in a gluten-free version. Attentive and kind staff. Fair price for the quality and quantity of the dishes. We will definitely return 😊😊

We had a great time! We had lunch outside but also took a tour of the interior rooms. The environment is elegant and quiet, the staff is kind and helpful. The gluten-free offer is fabulous: all appetizers and main courses are available gluten-free, while the pasta dishes can be adapted with gluten-free pasta or gnocchi. We enjoyed hot and crispy fries, gluten-free gnocchi with seafood, and a pork millefeuille with vegetables. The fish dish captured our hearts more than the second, but everything was really appreciated. They are careful about contamination and the portions are generous. Highly recommended, we will return.

A beautiful location for a dinner we will never forget. Attention for celiacs but especially delicious dishes that are also perfect gluten free. The very kind, smiling, and welcoming staff wrapped us in an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and top-quality food. The spaghetti with mussels, clams, and saffron is exceptional. But the crunchy almond basket with ricotta ice cream made us dream! Well done, and thank you for giving us a lovely evening!
