Very good food, but really little supply if not booked in advance. Prices are also quite high.

Go at 1 PM: Sorry but the bread is finished, go at 10 AM: The bread is already gone. Afternoon? Same story. I also wanted to try it given the good reviews but honestly, the charm has worn off a bit for me. If I ever manage to have a sandwich, I'll let you know 😅

On vacation in Ragusa, I visited this shop on a friend's recommendation. The place is very well-kept and welcoming. Ms. Serena is extremely kind. I bought a focaccia and some whole grain rice and sorghum bread. I hadn't eaten such a good focaccia since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 15 years ago. The bread was no less impressive; I just regretted not purchasing other products, as I thought I could return, which ended up not being possible. It's a shame not to have a workshop like this in my city of residence. Congratulations to Serena!!!

The store is run by two lovely and friendly people, always available. The offered products are delicious and homemade of excellent quality. You need to book to get some typical specialties. Personally, I ate two typical focaccias, one with local onions and the other with tomato and mozzarella, both very good, and the fresh bread they bake is soft and light. I recommend the olive bread! A must-visit if you are on vacation in Ragusa!

I've been buying in this shop since January 2023 since we found out that my son is celiac. Everything is really very good and especially fresh. Thanks to the flours, I can prepare something for the little one to take with us in unplanned situations (like cavatelli with ragù and Margherita pizzettes). The sweets (muffins and delicious treats) are amazing; we also buy them for ourselves. The prices are appropriate to the quality of the product and the service.

Gluten-free family-run laboratory, superior quality products made with selected and genuine ingredients, top-notch courtesy and friendliness. Absolutely the best gluten-free scaccia in all of Ragusa and Syracuse! Gabriele and Simona from Palermo

I had never been to their place. I had a birthday and as the only gluten-free guest, I thought I'd try this place. I ordered a focaccia, just 1 focaccia with tomato, around the beginning of August, already confirming; the birthday celebration was set for today, August 17. The focaccia, booked for 10:30, they decided to sell to another customer without reason, just because they thought I hadn't confirmed. Speechless. You sell gluten-free products to people who cannot eat anything else at birthdays or other celebrations; you should be aware of this. First and only time 😉

Really delicious gluten-free scacce. Truly compliments. But everything else is good too. The only thing is that it's a bit expensive being in Ragusa and not in Turin.

Discovered by chance thanks to Natura Sì: it’s a delightful and welcoming place where Gianni and Serena will illustrate the peculiarities of their products, both sweet and savory. The brioche col tuppo is unforgettable (I tried the ones without sugar on top). It feels like going back to childhood: the taste of milk, home, cuddles, and sleep. Highly recommended.

High quality gluten-free shops (home made bread, home made cakes, pasta, pesto, etc.). The only one (in 9/2020) 'certified' by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), in Ragusa. The owner pays attention in order to offer local food: therefore you will find special local bread and cakes.
