In Scicli, in the heart of Val di Noto, Pizzaró is a 100% gluten-free artisan laboratory specializing in the production of fresh products: from pizza to bread, from brioche to desserts, and even the great excellences of tradition reinterpreted in a gluten-free key. Crocche (pizza tongues), cookies, and cinnamon rolls are among the most appreciated specialties. Everything that comes out of the laboratory is strictly gluten-free, from production to filling — no risk of cross-contamination, only great taste and quality! Since it opened, Pizzaró has become a weekly stop. It's a treat for celiacs, lactose intolerants, and even vegans! The key word is inclusivity, the kind we've been waiting for years and years, and it's finally here! The staff is the best part; when you walk in, you feel at home. They're always smiling, they make you feel comfortable, and you never want to leave. The price is perfectly compliant with gluten-free products (unfortunately, flours are quite expensive!), and the quality is simply exceptional. You'll fall in love with every product, and every piece will have you going home thrilled. Simply perfect, congratulations ❤️

Everything was delicious! We had a slice of pistachio cake, a chocolate braid, a brioche, and some gluten-free and lactose-free sandwiches (the one we had was even dairy-free, perfect for those who aren't just lactose intolerant, but also dairy-free). Thanks guys, you're amazing!
