In Scicli, in the heart of Val di Noto, Pizzaró is a 100% gluten-free artisan workshop specializing in the production of fresh products: from pizza to bread, from brioche to desserts, up to the great excellences of Iblean tradition reinterpreted in a gluten-free key. Among the examples of local tradition that the workshop brings to the table is the Cucciddatu Scaniatu, a typical rustic ring of Scicli: a rich dough worked with lard, grated cheese, and black pepper, filled with crumbled sausage, perfect for a picnic or a substantial meal. A pillar of Iblean rosticceria that celiacs can finally enjoy without compromise. Everything that comes out of the workshop is strictly gluten-free, from production to filling—no risk of cross-contamination.

Everything was delicious! We had a slice of pistachio cake, a chocolate braid, a brioche, and some gluten-free and lactose-free sandwiches (the one we had was even dairy-free, perfect for those who aren't just lactose intolerant, but also dairy-free). Thanks guys, you're amazing!
