Recommended by locals, my partner (celiac) and I decided to have lunch at Magazzé after visiting Donnafugata. The buffalo burrata is incredibly delicious, melting in your mouth and leaving a feeling of organoleptic ecstasy. Salami, cheese, tomatoes, everything is exquisite and strictly gluten-free. They specially made gluten-free focaccia and pizza for my partner so she wouldn’t miss out on anything. It's a pity it's 1000 km from home; if it were up to me, I would go back every week.
