I went thinking they also had gluten-free crêpes and waffles, instead, they only have ice cream. The lady didn't even ask me if I wanted a cone or a cup, so I deduce they don't even admire that, but I could be wrong. The ice cream is very good but I wouldn't put it in the top five gluten-free ice cream shops in Carole.

The gelato was delicious, especially for someone like me who is celiac. It's not easy to find artisanal gelato shops that guarantee non-contamination, but the girls here were super knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the licorice because there wasn't much of it (a sign that someone really enjoyed it) and they didn't guarantee non-contamination. The only downside is that I couldn't enjoy the gluten-free cone with two scoops because they told me the cone was fragile. At Eraclea Mare, however, they made it for me without any problems (a cone with two super scoops). The girl, very kind, offered me the cup with the two flavors and the cone on top, which I naturally accepted. The price is known to be high, as with all artisanal gelato shops, but I'm willing to spend a little more for good gelato. Congratulations, keep up the good work!
