We went here as a group on the 21st February for my 30th birthday, I am allergic to gluten and it's vital that my meal is gf. Usually, pizza express are great with this. The Waitress thought that gluten was dairy, which wasn't a promising start. It took over 45 for my partner to get sad looking vile chips. When my meal came I had a few bites and started feeling unwell, that all too familiar feeling. I ended up being violently sick and having the onslaught of celiac symptoms. PLEASE I beg you, if you have allergies DO NOT go here!!!! When the Waitress was informed she kept saying that wasn't possible and showing us the menu. Clearly no understanding of cross contamination here! A very dissapointing experience and made me so so so ill. All the manager did was say sorry and bring me water. Avoid avoid avoid

Harrison was very helpful, as a coeliac he made sure everything was safe and there no contamination. Answered all questions and there were lots of options to choose from, would recommend coming here if you had a gluten intolerance allergy

Great service from Harrison and Artorus. My partner is celiac, we had ordered gluten free dough balls and they came back to check on the pizzas. Lucky catch all caught. Thank you guys! Also, great pizza 😁

I had a excellent experience at this establishment. Since I suffer from wheat and lactose sensitivity I had ordered the vegan & gluten free carrot cake. It was absolutely delicious; soft and gooey . Probably better than the original recipe. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I was served by a particularly nice gentleman called Christian.
