Shekha was really attentive and the service was speedy. She and the kitchen catered to my intolerances really well and I always choose Pizza Express to eat out at nowadays due to being GF and DF. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic experience during our lunch at PizzaExpress in the O2 Arena on May 4th, thanks to the outstanding service from Jules. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Jules was quick and efficient, yet never made us feel rushed. She went above and beyond by offering thoughtful suggestions and expert advice—especially in accommodating coeliac disease with extra care and attention to detail. It truly made all the difference. Thank you, Jules, for making our meal so enjoyable and worry-free!

What a fantastic lunch stop. Delicious gluten free food. Lots of drink options. Georgia was the best team member, attentive, knowledgeable about gluten free and helped choose delicious dishes!! Omg the gluten free doughballs and pizza were so good!!!
