Went for a bank holiday lunch. Donna was amazing and very helpful with a gluten allergy

Had a lovely meal tonight at Pizza Express. We had a table of 6 people, and I am Celiac and Dairy intolerant. Donna, who attended our table, was amazing, always with a huge smile in her face and very helpful. Donna explained the options available, and when she took my order she double checked the ingredients and made sure there was allergens notes to inform the kitchen. We all had a great time, thank you Donna, you are a treasure to the team 😊. ( and to the Chef who cooked my beautiful Gluten free and dairy free Fiorentina pizza, it was delicious).

The food was great. But as you can see from the menu's £17 for these pizza's , which are thin and not much toppings feels way to high But I arrived 15 min after they opened. Staff were not alert to when you needed them which was frustrating. But the pizza's were good. Though the gluten free one wasn't great. The place is good for a quick pit stop lunch. Not a long lunch

Poor service, served gluten free base even though not asked for, out of many ingredients so couldn't choose what we wanted and to top it off their "iconic" rectangular pizza was in fact round.
