Ordered two large pizzas on a deal for £21 The pizzas arrived and one was correct , but the other was a medium gluten free pepperoni which is nowhere near close to what we ordered . We rang up straight away,telling them the order was wrong and we had not touched either of the pizzas. A horrible man called Matt answered and blamed it on us.Esseentialy telling us he is not going to help whatsoever.Wanted to leave a complaint but Matt refused to tell us his managers number or someone else higher who may help resolve this problem.Matt refused to tell us his second name and said there is nothing you can do as it is my last day anyway.The problem was ignored and 0 help was given.They did not charge us the offer amount of £21 and instead charged £33.Absolutely ridiculous. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Looking for some sort of help and explanation as to why this problem occurred and why the staff were so rude. Definitely would not recommend.
