1. Your website is heavily misleading to those with dietary requirements. Ordering gluten free is practically impossible. 2. Your staff are rude and unhelpful when following up with a call to explain the order needs to be gluten free wish was stated on the item I chose on your website with gf’ with a sign above it. The staff member I spoke to tonight tried to force me to have the door which I could not have instead of just changing the bread to whatever gluten free option bread there is. At which point I asked to cancel because I can not eat it. Then he says okay and no explanation about how and when I get my refund. 1. Sort out your website and 2. Train your staff in dietary requirements and kindness .

I have had a gluten free pizza here twice and twice had a terrible stomach afterwards! I was also very disappointed with customer service. We once ordered few pizzas and there was a mistake on their end. We called to tell them and they said we were not allowed to touch the wrong pizza if we wanted a replacement which we had actually ordered. We explained that there was not enough food for our guests and the delivery time was long. After lots and I mean lots of discussion they agreed we could actually eat the mistaken pizza and have our order completed still. I don't understand why that was an issue to start with... if you make a mistake you are in the wrong. There was no apology and instead lots of hassle. I wander what they plan to do with the returned pizzas!?
