1. Your website is heavily misleading to those with dietary requirements. Ordering gluten free is practically impossible. 2. Your staff are rude and unhelpful when following up with a call to explain the order needs to be gluten free wish was stated on the item I chose on your website with gf’ with a sign above it. The staff member I spoke to tonight tried to force me to have the door which I could not have instead of just changing the bread to whatever gluten free option bread there is. At which point I asked to cancel because I can not eat it. Then he says okay and no explanation about how and when I get my refund. 1. Sort out your website and 2. Train your staff in dietary requirements and kindness .
