Wonderful experience at Prezzo Kensington. My son loved his pizza (he insists it was the best in the world), and my gluten‑free vegan lentil bolognese was so tasty. Great service, great allergen awareness, and such a cosy spot just off Kensington High Street.

Eddie was wonderful. He helped us navigate the gluten free items and everything was delicious. A great place for people watching as well.

Came to Prezzo for dinner after sightseeing with the family. My husband and son loved their spaghetti bolognese, my daughter really enjoyed her spinach ricotta cannoli, and I enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara with al forno. We also had the sticky toffee pudding, mini donuts with Nutella and brookie with ice cream - all delicious! Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and attentive. They also inquired if they should be aware of any food allergies and have another menu without common allergens or gluten. If you’re near Kensington Palace, want to dine at a very friendly establishment with good food, then go to Prezzo!

Great experience! I have celiac and I’m always nervous about cross contamination but my server (did not get name) was very kind and attentive and gave me the gf menu. I had a gluten free pasta dish and it was wonderful! I highly recommend

Myself and a friend had lunch here and the restaurant is set back in a court yard off of High Street Kensington. It's small but has a nice atmosphere. The best thing about the place are the staff who are polite and efficient. We shared some olives to start which were delicious and had a gluten free chicken and pepper pizza and a regular four cheese pizza. My friend enjoyed hers, but I thought the cheese one was very scarce with the cheese and it was difficult to decipher the individual cheeses. It was more like thin cheese on toast. The wine list is largely Italian which is good but quite pricey for what it is. The menu is quite varied so we may return and try something different. All in all a fair meal.

If you are coeliac or gluten intolerant this is the place to go In Kensington if you want pizza or pasta, had garlic bread with mozzarella as well as fusilli pasta with chicken and mushrooms with a sprinkling of mozzarella and it was a good meal, generous portions mean you need a big appetite to get through it, but it is certainly worthwhile. Added bonus is there is a separate gluten free menu.
