Small takeout restaurant, although it has a few tables inside. It is nice to go to a restaurant and not have to say that you are celiac and be able to order what you feel like with complete peace of mind.

Love the place it's my go-to work lunch. So so good. Their chicken and chickpea box is so good! Pretty sure nearly everything if not everything is gluten free - which is hugely important for me as I'm coeliac!

Just seen this place recently as I work 30 seconds from the restaurant. Thought let me see what they have to offer.. came in to check the menu. The lovely lady behind the counter came over straight away asked if I’ve been here before I said no. So she proceeded to tell me about the items and the fact it’s all gluten free! Right up my street… she then brought me a taster… I was sold from chicken and mushroom and I am not so keen on mushroom! Service excellent super friendly staff and very fast time! Highly recommend and portion is perfect

I usually steer clear of places with a “health-bro” vibe, even though I work out, I don’t live on protein smoothies. But being a coeliac, I trusted the recommendation from a fellow coeliac, and I’m so glad I did. The salmon tray with hot mate sauce? Chef’s kiss. The eggs were astonishingly fluffy, and I’m notoriously picky with vegetables... but I literally polished off all of them, even the capers. And I hate capers! What kind of witchcraft is this? Now, the cheesecake. Wow. It was so creamy and dreamy it almost moved me to tears. I haven’t tasted anything like it in ages. So yes, consider me hooked. I’ll be back.

I've been working in London for years and am always on the lookout for alternative lunch options, particularly ones that fit within the elusive intersection of healthy, delicious food. As I chow down on the last of my meal, I can confidently say that this is not just another generic lunch option. I had the pesto chicken, with chickpeas and fibre crackers. The chicken was warm, comforting, fluffy, light and delicious. The chickpea salad was fresh and crunchy and, when paired with the signature salsa, really hit the spot on a hot, sunny day. The fibre crackers are a unique, flavour-rich blend of roasted seeds and nuts that I've not had anywhere else. The whole meal was a flavour-rich combo that really hit the spot without breaking the bank and leaves you feeling full in a good way - not weighed down by carbs and fats. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu. FYI - For the antipodeans out there, they also have Anzac slices and lamingtons - and everything (including the main meals) is gluten-free. Big fan - cheers protein, mate!

Great to have a protein-focussed, gluten free place in the City! I had the midday tray with superfood pesto chicken. Delicious and really easy to order. As a bonus, I saw they had smoothies without banana (which is very rare) so I will definitely be getting a smoothie next time.
