We did the Easter themed bus tour on my daughter's birthday last week. It was great! We had two upstairs tables: the front window (birthday girl and sister) and the table behind them for 4 adults. Two of are Gluten Free and they were great about accommodating this (we had alerted them at the time we made the reservation). The food was great! They have the whole thing down to a smooth system. Food, drinks, to-go boxes. Everything about this was 5 stars. Thanks for a great birthday outing!

Flew into London with my wife before the Christmas holiday. We wanted to do something fun and festive with a tea service and came across this grinch themed bus tour. The staff and food were excellent. My wife has a gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate. JP and his staff did an excellent job of keeping the tour, fun and engaging for all ages. We would definitely recommend this as a fun experience to see the city and also do a tea service.

Very dissapointing. Was really looking forward to instagramable content. They refunded me for the food but still spent 53 pounds on a cup of tea had to ask for a refill. The tour was loud. 2 large groups of foreign speaking tourists prevented hearing the audio until they got off early. Blaring music, departed late. I recommend getting your own cute treats an going on the hop on hop off bus for 1/3 the cost if you want to enjoy touring london. I got zero quality photos. Grafitti scratched on my window. Good customer service though they did tell me they can't accomodate nut allergies understandable. Peanuts are beans (legumes). Most snacks have cucumber or wheat. So if you have intolerences this is not the tour for you, You can ask to bring your own food. They can't provide additional items, staff did offer me some extras after I told them my tray was pretty dissapointing. Maybe go to the bakery an do the tea there? I paid extra for guidebook at least I could read about what I couldn't hear, it's verbatem from the audio on board. Fell very flat of my hopes.

This was such a fun experience. I am gluten free and thought I would just have to miss out on a tea service, but they had really good options for me. My favorites were the macaron and the chicken sandwich on the bun. The servers were fun and friendly. We also were able to see a bunch of landmarks we would have not seen otherwise since our London leg of our trip was very short.

We got the gluten free, and regular afternoon tea. We loved it. For the price, it was such good value for money. There was a fun selection of savory and sweet options. The fresh orange juice was lovely, not to mention the warm scones. Would go back if they had a seasonal menu.

This was one of my favourite days out with Little Madam. I LOVE afternoon tea, she loves Peppa Pig, whatโs there not to like? They take you around some iconic landmarks in London. Each table comes with a built in tablet where they play some sing a long songs & also provide information about the landmarks. The atmosphere inside the bus was buzzing! The entertainer was very energetic - played games/sang songs to get children involved, it was such great fun! Children also receive an activity book, which they can bring home, as well as the Peppa Pig cups, which Iโm sure every adult wants to use in their work place too hehe! The staff are incredible, so warm and welcoming. It was all organised very well. A huge thank you to Cameron who was very polite and hospitable & offered to take photos of Little Madam and I. We really enjoyed the freshly prepared sandwiches. They are on the small side but I suppose thatโs because it is aimed at Little children. Refills for adults would be great! All their chicken is halal. They also offer Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten free options. They also have a toilet onboard for emergencies for Little Ones (you can also use the toilets in Somerset House before and after boarding. Do check age restrictions before booking. All in all, Iโd HIGHLY recommend the bus tour (they have other tours available). We absolutely loved our experience. Thank you @brigitsbakery , we had such a fab time!

This place is absolutely fantastic. I came here after a relative bought me some vouchers for afternoon tea in the bakery itself. The staff were extremely attentive, kind and professional. The food was absolutely outstanding, and done to perfection. I particularly liked the cakes and the scone which was served warm. I went when they had the valentines theme, which looked absolutely great. I really liked the fact that they had afternoon teas that catered to different dietary preferences, such as vegan, gluten free and halal. I had the vegan one which was very nice. It would be good to see a dairy free option in the future. I would definitely come back here. Thanks for an amazing day!

On my first visit to London, I went to Brigit's for afternoon tea and it was amazing!! I had the gluten-free traditional afternoon tea menu and it awesome! The atmosphere (the design is just the cutest) and hospitality (thanks Ovi ๐) was just top notch. Loved that this was my first afternoon tea experience.
