Delish vegan chocolate chip cupcake with buttercream frosting was the lone offering for those of us who follow the Kind Diet. Incidentally, this dessert was also gluten friendly. The servers more than made up for the lack of choice. And the atmosphere was charming!

Went to the UWS location, settled on the vegan gluten free cupcake option and it was delicious! While there also got the croissant (who the heck am I turning into!!) - also really really good, fresh, homemade tasting. Hey it's Friday and I can't do regular desserts because vegan. So thanks Billy's for the options!!

Billy's Bakery is your traditional glutenous bakery, with a lot to offer in terms of style and decoration. They offer larger size cakes and cheesecakes and single serving size cakes, too. Cookies are big, and the cupcakes looked delicious. They get a lot done in such a small place! No rating on sustainability because not much was noticed based around sustainable practices.
