I have celiac disease and called ahead of time to ask whether they could accommodate gluten free eating, and I was told they had noodles and gluten free vegetable broth. Feeling confident in this, I headed out with my party. What I WASN’T told was that all of their broths contain wheat, and all their meats are cooked in soy sauce which has gluten in it. I only found that out while ordering, after waiting almost an hour. In the end I had to eat a salad and be completely embarrassed while the rest of my party had ramen that admittedly looked delicious. This place shouldn’t offer gluten free options on the menu if they don’t understand what gluten actually is. Stay away if you have celiac disease!
