For those who are looking for gluten-free food, either out of choice or because of an allergy, 18° is one of the few places they can safely depend on. Just metres from the beach, in a quiet pedestrianised street, the location is magnificent. There's outdoor seating and it's quite cosy inside. The menu is not terribly extensive, but I'm sure you'll find something to your liking. The hours aren't very friendly though, but it's a niche market.

Excellent place for people who can’t have gluten. My boyfriend is coeliac and we went there together, even I couldn’t notice the difference (which can be hard for gf stuff). Plus, as it’s all gluten free, it’s safe to eat the whole menu. Totally recommend.

OH.MY.GOD. This restaurant ticked all my boxes and more. It's been a tricky and nerve-wracking week trying to find places I could eat. Las Palmas in general seems to be pretty good for coeliacs but with my added dairy/lactose-free status, and being a pescatarian to boot, I haven't had heaps of choices. I have also been waiting for the proverbial other boot to drop i.e. getting accidentally glutened. All that to say that it was such a huge relief to find this excellent restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was exemplary, the place itself was lovely and had so many delightful touches. The toilets were really nice too! My partner and I had one starter to share, a main each and a dessert to share and that plus an alcohol free mojito and a gf beer came to 55 euros and we were absolutely stuffed. I would definitely say it is good value for money. I was so excited that I got to try the local dishes of "wrinkled potatoes" with "mojos" and croquetas as well. I had been wanting to try both all week but couldn't find anywhere safe! Both were well worth the wait and utterly delicious. The chocolate crêpe was lactose free but the sauce tasted just like Nutella and the ice cream was scrumptious. My partner had a beef dish (strips with onion, tomato, potatoes and a tomatoey sauce) and said it was tender and yummy. There were so many other things on the menu we both wanted to try and it was so nice to have a big selection of dishes to choose from. Ooh, we also had the focaccia which was amazing! I asked for the tomato and oregano one as it was date night but regretted not getting half garlic (if you both have it, it's ok right?!) Anyway, whether you are gf or not, you should totally eat here. It's lush. Highly recommend.

Lovely place, all gluten-free, the owner is very knowledgeable on all things allergies and cross-contamination. Much of the menu is lactose-free and nut-free as well. I have celiac's, my mom is intolerant to lactose, and my wife has a nut allergy; and we all somehow ate a proper dinner. The food was great too! Nice vibes/atmosphere.

Welcoming vibe, good food, friendly staff. All the menu is gluten free: this is one of the very few restaurants in the island that can guarantee no cross contamination, suitable for celiacs. Don't miss the desserts! Recommended
