Coming to Calpe 5 years now and this restaurant is one of the things I am always most looking for😍. I am gluten intolerant and I never ever saw this kind of service elsewhere: they know everything about the restriction, offer gluten- free bread baked in paper so it wouldn’t get contaminated; they have gluten-free beer that thru serve in frozen glass🤩. Starting this year they can make absolutely every meal from the menu Gluten-free🤯 They offer variety of dishes but their Spanish Cousine is my go-to with shrimps being my first recommendation. Also: note the headset all the personnel wears: if you stop anyone and order anything they will not tell you „your waiter will take that order“- instead they will (most probably😅) directly communicate your other further and you will receive it within minutes. Seriously one of the best organised, customer-oriented places I have been at (and this is coming from Someone who has lived in 3 and visited at least 30 countries so far)
