The menu was almost all gluten-free and they adapt the dishes that are not. The service was very good, the atmosphere and music were top-notch. The dessert we tried was delicious 😋. Highly recommended.

Naroa was SUPER ATTENTIVE! They have super tasty healthy food that is well presented. Good price. I am celiac and I haven't had any problems. Almost everything (99%) on the menu was gluten-free. It makes you want to leave a review when you are treated this way. I will return and recommend it to my friends.

I spent some days in Madrid with my boyfriend and Brotes was the first Restaurant we visited. It was an overwhelming experience. The food is fantastic, the combinations of ingredients is really special and the service is so warmly. Also it is completely glutenfree, which was unbelievable for me as a celiac from Germany. We came back the next days and every moment was as great as the first experience. :-) We will definitively come back, whether we are in Madrid and would recommend this place to everyone, no matter if a celiac or not. :)

In the heart of Madrid, I discovered a culinary treasure: a healthy food restaurant that captivated my senses. I opted to try the quinoa and a shrimp burger that left me speechless. The unique combination of flavors in every bite was a culinary experience I will hardly forget. The burger, with its juiciness and the special sauce that accompanied it, was an explosion of freshness and originality in every bite. Not only are the dishes exquisite, but they are also completely gluten-free, a detail that is often hard to find in the city’s culinary offerings. But what truly distinguishes this place are the exquisite natural juices, prepared with care and with the highest quality fruits; they are authentic liquid gems that delight the palate and refresh the spirit. Raquel, the owner, and chef Ronald, are the magic behind these unique creations; also Erica, with her attention and warmth, makes this restaurant a true paradise in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood. If you are looking for healthy, delicious, and unique food, this is the perfect spot. It has definitely earned a special place on my list of favorites, for a lunch in the peace that only true balance can generate! I will return again and again.

A friend and I went for breakfast at Brotes. We ordered two coffees with milk; they make them really delicious, especially with a lot of foam, which is a plus because I personally love it. For food, we ordered two toasts and two sweet bowls. One toast was goat cheese with dehydrated fig. Fantastic and with a good amount of cheese. The other toast was Iberian ham with tomato. Good quality ham and also with a lot of quantity. The touch of lamb's lettuce they put on the toasts we personally liked a lot; it gives them a fresh touch. The bowls included one with Greek yogurt, fruits, jam, and granola. The other was a cocoa chia pudding, with fruits and coconut. The latter was very, very rich, with a lot of chocolate flavor. It's worth mentioning that the whole menu is gluten-free, and it shows that they use very natural products; everything has a great taste. The place is very small but decorated with a lot of charm. The two girls running it are lovely. They are super attentive to ensure everything is well and the service is very quick. The prices are super reasonable given the quality of the product. We paid 13 euros per person. When we left, they offered us a tasting appetizer with a small bite of tuna in blue corn tortilla and ginger mayonnaise that was incredible. We left very satisfied. We will definitely return to try their food menu too because we saw some dishes on the menu that promise a lot.

Everything gluten-free! Very good and very natural food. I loved the well-chosen music. The service was top-notch! I will come back. I ordered zucchini cream and the chicken sandwich. And cheesecake. Don't forget to order the cucumber water.

We were very eager to come to Brotes!! A small, very family-friendly place and 100% gluten-free!! We ordered 2 starters, 1 Bowl, and 2 desserts, and we ate wonderfully! The taco with heart of romaine lettuce, tuna tartare, and fried egg seemed like a very original and tasty dish! And on their recommendation, the 'Trigoto' Bowl, with buckwheat prepared risotto-style with curry and salmon... Absolutely spectacular!! Accompanied by a very tasty buckwheat bread. Congratulations to Raquel for successfully establishing a super family-friendly and cozy restaurant in the heart of Madrid. Very attentive and helpful at all times! We recommend making a reservation in advance, though! And in the menu, even if some items say 'Gluten Free' and others do not, it is 100% gluten-free!! We will return to try their Brunch!
