It's a shame to place an order of €200 and request a medium without cheese due to an intolerance, only to receive a pizza with just a drizzle of tomato costing €12.50. Calling up to 5 times, talking to different people, only to have the phone hung up on you without any solution.

Today we placed a large order of nearly 200 euros and there were 2 people with intolerances, one to lactose and another to gluten. The gluten-free meal was fine, but the lactose-free one arrived with bread and tomato, and we specifically said that she could have anything: tuna, bacon, mushrooms... Now I’ll leave you the photo to see how it arrived.
