The wait we have experienced is unacceptable. We have been waiting for our 7 pizzas for over 2 hours and they still haven't arrived. Customer service has been very poor, and the quality of service has dropped significantly. We will never order from here again, definitely a terrible experience. To make matters worse, we ordered a gluten-free pizza; gluten-free pizzas are already disappointing, but this one is even worse.

One star and because it can't be less. We made an order at 11 PM, it didn't arrive... and at 11:45 PM, a rude, arrogant woman calls us... telling us that after 11 PM there is only one delivery person and that they are not going to serve us, that if we want it, we should go pick it up. Can't they notify us of this before doing it? When we checked the order, it was being prepared and it showed that it just needed to be delivered... On top of that, we have to endure her arguing with us on the call, when we asked if they couldn't tell us beforehand, speaking badly and in a horrible manner. The customer service has been terrible, horrible, and intolerable, not one more order! The person who called lacked all manners in the world, working in customer-facing roles.
