Ginos offers a friendly and attentive customer service, with staff always available to assist guests. However, it is important to note that the gluten-free experience may not fully meet the expectations of those suffering from celiac disease.

If you are celiac DO NOT COME. After 40 minutes of waiting, they served me a pizza that looks terrible, half frozen, and with dough that any supermarket version is better.

I will repeat, very good gluten-free pizzas, efficient staff, good value for money

I was there a month ago and couldn't leave my review, but I consider it important to highlight: They seated us very kindly, and our table was attended by a woman around 40/50 years old, short and brunette. One person was gluten-free, and the only measure taken was to place the blue tablecloth. We were not informed that the supplier recommends not having the olives served as courtesy for gluten-free individuals. The glass and utensils that were previously set for non-intolerant persons were not removed, nor were specific utensils brought for gluten-free. I consider this a very important aspect to take into account, as they could have a serious issue with celiac individuals. Nonetheless, I want to highlight the kind attention of the indicated waitress and the manager (tall, thin, and brunette).

I am celiac and I did not like this place at all. We sat down at 8:40 PM, they served me at 9:39 PM. My friends were served much earlier. The gluten-free pizza tastes terrible and doesn't even seem well cooked. The waiters were very good and kind, no complaints on that part.

Few varieties of gluten-free pizzas, dry and with few ingredients.

The worst food for celiacs is pizza, especially the frozen kind of very poor quality. There was only half a pizza and the other half had only cheese, it was greasy and not well made.

Ginos Loranca, I give one star but I would give 0. We have been several times because it’s very close. They never have the complete gluten-free menu. You only have spaghetti. No pizzas or starters. If the menu they offer is limited, it becomes null. The worst part is that they tell you when you already have the drinks on the table and have ordered all the dishes from the waitress. This has happened to us on 3 occasions. When we told them they could warn us when we ask for the gluten-free menu, their response was... it’s finished. Obviously, we will not return to this Ginos; in others, we haven't had any issues, but in Loranca, it is impossible. I ask for a little empathy.

This is not the first time I leave this restaurant unhappy. Here, kindness and politeness are unknown. The other day I went to dinner with my friends. When we arrived at 10:35 PM, the waiter at the entrance told us that there were 10 minutes left to close the kitchen, to which we replied that it didn't matter, that we were going to another place. He told us no, that we could have dinner calmly if we ordered quickly. So we agreed. They took our order and about 10-15 minutes later, they served my friends' dishes, telling me that since my dish was gluten-free, it would be delayed a bit longer. After 5 minutes (my friends had already started dining), the waiter approached us and said that they had no gluten-free spaghetti left, and could only make me a pizza. I don’t like the gluten-free pizza from Ginos, especially not at that price, but since my friends had already started eating, I agreed to have that. Along with my pizza, they brought us the bill and told us we had to pay it right away so they could close the cash register. I had to stop eating in order to be able to pay the bill, go through promotions, etc. And literally 5 minutes later, the waiter came and told us very rudely to leave the premises as they were closing, EVEN WITH MY PIZZA ON THE PLATE. It’s an embarrassment. Something like this has never happened to me before.
