The service was very attentive, Adam served us very kindly. Good option for gluten-free dining, although you have very limited choices.

Good regular pizza, but the gluten-free one is horrible, supermarket pizza, you can clearly tell in the cheese that it’s not made on-site. It’s cooked and served, I don’t recommend it at all.

The wait time was disproportionate: 45 minutes to serve only two plates of pasta and a pizza, something completely unjustifiable. In my case, besides, it was a gluten-free pizza, which requires a minimum of care and professionalism. However, I was served a hard and burnt pizza, impossible to cut even with effort. After communicating it, they simply returned it already cut, but it was still inedible, with a texture similar to cardboard. I pointed out the problem again, and surprisingly, within just two minutes, another pizza appeared, which indicates that the previous one was already prepared or that no proper attention was paid at any moment. The feeling is one of absolute disrespect towards the customer. Poor service, unacceptable quality, and very unprofessional management. I certainly won’t return and do not recommend it at all.

My friend and I came to dinner around 7 PM. From the start, the waitress Laura was very attentive and empathetic, helping us to suggest dishes, sauces, and desserts since my friend is allergic to nuts. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was calm. Without a doubt, we will return soon.

To whom it may concern: On September 11, a public holiday in Catalonia, my wife and I went to eat. We are occasional customers of this chain and so far, everything has been fine. Normally there is quite a wait, but not today, perhaps because it is a holiday???. We had a reservation for 3:00 PM. The overall occupancy was around 70% approximately. She chose the gluten-free menu with prosciutto pizza from it. I chose the regular menu with five cheese pizza. We shared a burrata pesto salad and gluten-free garlic bread. To drink, we had a pitcher of prosecco sangria. Results: Sangria rating: 9 Salad: 8 (they didn’t bring any oil or other dressing options or at least give the option) Gluten-free prosciutto pizza rating: 4. (It’s not artisanal, which is unforgivable in a place like this. It’s an industrial frozen dough that I’d say even comes with the base tomato and mozzarella to which they add the products, in this case, prosciutto. The bottom of the dough wasn’t baked; it was white, so it’s evident that it hasn’t been put in any oven. Normal five cheese pizza: Artisanal and made by hand. Rating: 6. It arrived lukewarm, and some of the cheese was already curdled. The first pizza served was the gluten-free for my wife, and the regular one for me arrived 25 minutes later. In fact, between the two, they even asked if we wanted coffee. We didn’t have desserts and ordered a coffee that took another 25/30 minutes. If you’re in a hurry to go to the cinema, etc., it’s better to have it somewhere else. Overall rating: 4 (fail) The only highlighted positive note is the discovery of prosecco sangria. Overall rating: Clearly unsatisfactory food and unfortunately far removed from what this company has previously marketed. Total bill for 2 without desserts and only one coffee with ice (see the photo of the volume of the coffee served, hahaha) = €62.70. There’s no way to justify it. At least we left with the sangria.!!!! We’re not going to get upset, we just won’t be returning. Goodbye Gino's.

A really negative experience. As soon as I entered, with 26 degrees outside, I could feel more heat and deduce that the place was not air-conditioned. We had a reservation at 14:00 and arrived all at 14:14, they started serving us at 15:20 only two dishes, to then inform us with the two plates on the table that one of the dishes (gluten-free) listed on the gluten-free menu was not available. Seeing the impossibility of changing places since they had started distributing several dishes, they offer us an option consisting of spaghetti with tomato sauce, without any other ingredients. Which I found very poor but I agreed. My surprise comes when, upon receiving the bill, I see that they charged me for the plate of spaghetti with tomato at the price of spaghetti alla carbonara... At first, they refuse to change either the description of the dish or the price. When talking to the manager and explaining that I don't find it reasonable to charge me the same for a dish that doesn't correspond in ingredients, they discount me 2€ from the original plate. From 14.85€ to 12.75€. Leaving the total of the bill at around 180.65. I believe they made a huge mistake, I will never return nor recommend this restaurant to either celiacs or non-celiacs. They are not serious.

We waited for over an hour to be served (in addition to the half hour we were made to wait because there was no table, but that seems normal to me). Of 5 pizzas, they got 4 wrong (we changed one due to intolerance issues; we ate the rest to avoid waiting longer). The desserts were none complete from the menu, and for coffee, the one shown in the photo... I won't come back... Also, a pint for €4.30, a beer for €4.20... the coffee you see €2.80... the pizza with less than 50 grams of ingredients (removing the tomato and mozzarella) €15.75; better to eat a Frankfurt anywhere or go home for a meal... We left the cinema at 2:00 PM and thought... let's eat around here so we can get home early and rest... at home in Barcelona in the Glories area... at 6:59 PM... never again, I swear.

Gluten-free pizza is literally horrible, the worst I've ever eaten in my life. The spaghetti were quite good, but they should improve the options for celiacs because it is 0 recommendable. They charged us almost 5€ for a 1L water, which I honestly find to be a rip-off. We won't be coming back, so I can't recommend it.

We booked here because they have gluten-free options. That night, the food took more than 1 hour, but I suppose it was just a one-time issue. The food was very good, and the place was very nice.

Very slow. It seems they had forgotten about us, even though the place wasn't even at 50%. The Stromboli seemed very good to me. They have gluten-free options, which is appreciated.

Good quality-price ratio, good food and very attentive staff. I will return soon to try other dishes. They also have gluten-free options for both pasta and pizza. 👌 so I can go with the family! Thank you.

Italian food at a good price. Despite going on a Saturday during the Christmas season, they served super fast. They have gluten-free options. Well-cooked pasta, very good provolone, and very good appetizers.
