I ordered the gluten-free menu and only pasta and pizza were available. There was no gluten-free beer, nor Sprite, nor Coca-Cola Zero. I ordered pasta alla carbonara and it was almost inedible; the top part was dry and hard with a yellowish color, and the layer beneath it was completely overcooked. I find it very poor cooking for an Italian restaurant to serve pasta in any way but al dente. My partner ordered a pizza and when it was served, it was lukewarm. We are very disappointed; it’s not what it used to be. I won’t return.

Food came late and cold. Rude and distracted service. Freezing temperatures. Made us pay for PLASTIC take away AND the PLASTIC BAG which leaked through and stained my dress. Food made me sick. Only has 2 gluten free options.

The chain La Tagliatela has maintained the same line that catapulted it to fame 10 years later and has not adapted, it's a shame we have dined there on several occasions at different times and it’s a pity that it keeps getting worse, an almost nonexistent menu for celiacs when they used to be a reference, some rather brusque waiters and a somewhat unfriendly maitre d’, I am clear that no one is forcing us, but if they don’t want to serve us properly they can tell us at the entrance and we can choose another establishment... Such a shame
