Gluten free carbonara is not good. Service is excellent.

The food is very basic and not fresh at all... a great advertisement for GLUTEN FREE. Upon entering, there is pasta and pizza with the same taste that are pre-frozen and really disgusting... nothing more than this... it’s very sad.

We went in a group of 18 people, Valentina's service was excellent. They have very good gluten-free food and several options.

The service was quite slow and not very pleasant. When we called to make a reservation, we asked if they had gluten-free alternatives, and they said yes. These alternatives were fusilli pasta with four cheese sauce or Neapolitan sauce, which is basically fried tomato. The pasta was served with a rather unpleasant presentation, it was clumpy and the taste left much to be desired. To provide this type of gluten-free service, it is better not to offer anything. As for the rest of the dishes, the truth is that the situation improves quite a bit; the pizzas and pasta are good, but as an Italian restaurant, it's not one of the best, it’s still a chain of restaurants.
