To begin with, the owner is amazing, the staff is a copy of the owner. The food, both the weekday menus and the à la carte menu, is brutal and the price is very reasonable. They also have a good understanding of allergy issues and cook separately for those with gluten problems.

Every year we do the tapas route and we come specifically from Sabadell. We like the Route of Oasis... there were 3 of us and I have to say I was surprised because this year it was very bad, starting from the service. The waitress was quite rude and when we asked her what the tapa was, she had no idea (we were with a celiac girl). The table was dirty and it took a while for her to clean it, and she did it reluctantly. I saw that they had renewed the staff and for me, I don't know the reason, but I liked it better before... I'm sorry, but this year you won't have my vote, it was a disappointment.

The most important thing for me has been finding a good place among the few that exist, where I can eat quietly anything from the gluten-free menu, almost everything can be adapted for celiacs. Great variety of tapas, burgers, salads, menus, etc... The service is very good. Thank you very much, we will come back!
