Stunning structure with a pool and small Spa. The restaurant Le guardiole offers everything gluten-free. The chef is great.

I stayed at the relais. The guardiole are a beautiful structure within an extensive private agricultural area of 160 hectares. Rooms of various types, spacious, well-furnished, air-conditioned and clean, have a equipped pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a restaurant that serves only cold dishes for lunch. The breakfast is modest (but better the savory than the sweet), consisting exclusively of gluten-free foods. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is essential to have a car to arrive and get around. The experience was positive, and the feeling is that with the potential of this structure, even more could be done, perhaps a SPA (which may exist, but at least when I went, it was not proposed among the services). There is a lack of a walkway that allows easy movement of trolley wheels from the unpaved parking lot to the entrance stairs to the lawn. Prices are slightly high.

A fairy-tale place ... Well-kept, clean, beautiful pool, and excellent location for visiting the surroundings of Capalbio. Clean rooms with attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent gluten-free breakfast. Sublime restaurant that has nothing to do with the local restaurants in terms of food quality, thus the price-quality ratio is all good. Great for unwinding. We were there for only two days with our son who is seven years old, and he enjoyed everything too! An experience to repeat and recommend!
