I give it a star because out of the entire menu, which consists of 4 pages, I could only eat one sandwich and not even to my liking. I am gluten intolerant, which means no gluten. I was offered 4 sandwiches, of which 3 had meat. I am a vegetarian. I asked for the cheese sandwich, which was literally gluten-free bread and a slice of tasteless white cheese, and of course it had lactose. If I request it without lactose because it doesn’t sit well with me, I have to leave the place. Obviously, I wasn’t there by my own choice but at someone else's invitation. It's a shame that such a powerful chain doesn't have options. Shameful and very frustrating for those who want to go but can't. Please evaluate this review to improve and reach a wider public, which is the reality today. People with intolerances, allergies, celiac disease, or specific diets by choice. Thank you very much.

In Vienna, a fast food chain that leaves a lot to be desired in terms of variety for celiacs (only 2 sandwich options) as well as quality... the frankfurters taste like chewing gum, better not to talk about the bread, and the cleanliness of the place and tables is very much improvable. Not to mention the price, a gluten-free sandwich with small fries and a water costs 14€...

I didn't give it 5 ☆ for just one reason: lack of variety for celiacs. What they offer is good, and I have NEVER had problems with cross-contamination with gluten-free food. As a celiac, it’s a place to go and eat calmly. But when it comes to sandwiches, there are only three types of cold sandwiches and three hot ones! And among the hot ones, the options are: Frankfurt or bacon... or frankfurt with bacon. It’s also a shame they changed the bread; the one they used before was much tastier and less dry. And regarding the fries, which they also have gluten-free, be careful if you order the "PIRI"!! Even if it’s not listed on the menu and no one warns you... THEY’RE SPICY! I don’t usually eat spicy, so it wasn’t a pleasant surprise. More gluten-free variety is the only thing missing at Vienna.

Excellent place to eat a good hamburger or sandwich at a reasonable price (10-15€ per person). Establishment and restrooms very clean, great customer service. Very cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Good quality in pastry. Only downside is the lack of options for plant-based milks, as they only have one type, and the lack of gluten-free products.
