Gluten-free bread, if it's not a bit toasted, can't be eaten. They gave me bread and frankfurters very undercooked. I asked them to cook it a bit more, and they looked at me with displeasure. They took it, but returned it right away, still just as bad. Unfriendly service.

It's always a good option to share if you are accompanied by someone who has no intolerances. The place is spacious with a second floor, large tables, and everything is clean; you can definitely notice the difference compared to the one on Gran Vía 2. The staff is friendly, they requested the Covid certificate 👍 The bathroom is well-maintained; I assume it has to do with the fact that it is not publicly accessible, meaning it is for customers only! Highly recommended 💯

It's nice to have options for celiacs. They have a menu for celiacs.

I give it only three stars because it fails at the most basic level. The first thing you get is a coffee with milk; they have offers in small, medium, and large sizes, the large being like a bowl. To my surprise, they only have two types of milk: full and skimmed. A disaster, as lactose-intolerant people like me are left without anything to consume.
