It seems unbelievable that in VIENNA, in general, IN ALL, with the current times of so many food allergies and intolerances, you don't have LACTOSE-FREE MILK and products to eat "gluten-free and lactose-free"

If you're lactose intolerant, run away. Splau's Vienna has no trace of lactose-free milk, so be prepared to spend the afternoon with a stomachache or just go elsewhere. But that wasn't even the worst part: we ordered some *tortilla flautines* eagerly, and to our surprise, they arrived **literally frozen!** Yes, as if they had pulled them straight from a freezer and served them without shame. When we complained, we thought they would fix it, but the second round arrived **lukewarm and half-defrosted**, as if they were too lazy to use the microwave for more than a minute. Is it that hard to serve food that doesn't look like a failed defrosting experiment? The service was indifferent; the quality, level 0. Paying for such a deplorable experience should be illegal. If you don’t want to regret it, avoid this place. Not coming back even if I were crazy. That said, the restrooms were clean. It is what it is.

In the chain of restaurants, you can find gluten-free sandwiches. Gluten-free diets. You can choose from different sandwiches; I recommend the Vienna. It's a good economical option and also has a variety of dishes, highly recommended.

Very friendly service. Quality products. Little gluten-free offer and price increase. I don’t understand why they removed the sobrassada sandwich. It was the first one I tried and thanks to it I became a customer. It was delicious! I encourage them to bring it back to the menu.
