Because there is a gluten-free option... it's a shame that there aren't more gluten-free options since it's not that complicated.

Quick and pleasant service; the place should be better marked or something because everyone stands in the middle to pick up their orders, and it's hard to get through. It would be nice if the chain had more gluten-free options.

We have gone several times and they do not have lactose-free milk with the number of people who are lactose intolerant. And they offer me almond milk. It's unfortunate that this chain does not consider these things.

They don't have gluten-free beer, goodbye celiacs!!! Regrettable... a sad free damm serves non-alcoholic and gluten-free at the same time! Wake up, guys!

I am gluten intolerant and I was surprised that they had several sandwiches to choose from, and especially the friendliness, recommendations, and professionalism of Yolanda, thank you very much, by the way, the Frankfurt with emmental cheese was very tasty.

Wonderful treatment by Yolanda. We came with a person who is gluten intolerant and she recommended wonderfully. And always with a smile. We had a very good breakfast! We will return!

Yesterday I ordered a truffle hamburger, and the meat was poorly chopped, with many tendons and inedible fibers. I preferred not to take a photo of what I had to leave behind in order not to hurt anyone's feelings. It's a shame that you are lowering the quality, it is intolerable.

I really like the sandwiches with gluten-free bread. It's a fast food restaurant but classy and clean. The service is very friendly and helpful. It's nice to go out for a drink with friends or a partner. They have expanded the menu with new variations.

For me, it is illogical that people with allergies or intolerances to certain foods do not have the option to order products from their menu without the ingredient they cannot eat. I have been diagnosed with intolerance to onions and derivatives; I have mentioned it, but they do not want to remove the onions from their dishes because, as they have told me, they do not have the option to change the original ingredients, as it would be a hassle for them if every person with allergies or intolerances asked for a change of ingredients. I am very sorry that we are a burden to them instead of customers they should please.
