They have a dedicated menu for SG, with various proposals including fresh pasta; I ate the best pizzoccheri I've ever had! If I understood correctly, you need to notify them at least a day in advance if you want to eat them, as they prepare them specifically. The dish is very generous and rich, so I only had a generous blueberry tart to share with my partner. Packaged SG bread and breadsticks are available. Very satisfied 😀

It is a quiet hotel in the middle of the woods (the waterfall in front is spectacular) and it is in an excellent position for those who go hiking (near trails and the chairlift). It has an 80s style; it's its charm but some things could be improved. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast service needs improvement while dinner is excellent (always abundant dishes). Ideal also for celiacs. The owner is always kind and available while I prefer not to comment on the wife after the episode of the last evening.

We spent 3 fantastic days. A simple environment, owners and staff with an unmatched courtesy. The cuisine is sublime in its simplicity. At the Pineta hotel, you breathe a family air and warmth. For someone with celiac disease like me, choosing food without distinction was exhilarating. I recommend everyone to escape the city to enjoy the truly wonderful landscape.
