Open only three services a week to ensure a always fresh kitchen: pasta, gnocchi, risotto, capù and nosècc prepared every day — the osteria is an extra certainty for those with celiac disease. The raw materials come from 130 agricultural and artisanal producers from the province of Bergamo and the Valle Brembana: short supply chain, traceable and known, for a healthy and safe dish from source to table. For those who want to extend the experience, the structure offers rooms where to relax after dinner, with everything needed to explore the Valle Brembana: free bikes for guests, special rates with the Terme di San Pellegrino and the attractions of Dossena (Ponte nel Sole, Mines, Adventure Park).

Excellent hospitality and great professionalism, the dining manager is very knowledgeable. There are many gluten-free dishes, and all are excellent. The desserts are fantastic. Highly recommended.
