Offers dishes that are never banal, drawing from both tradition and innovation. Great attention to gluten-free options, with a wide variety available! Also commendable is the search for locally sourced ingredients; for example, you can easily find "slow food" products on the menu, rated 10/10!

Historic restaurant located in the upper city of Bergamo. Rustic venue, very well-kept, clean, and welcoming. Very friendly, available, and professional staff. The menu offers many dishes from the Bergamasque tradition, with the use of high-quality raw materials, and the famous homemade casoncelli and scarpinoc are undoubtedly the great added value. High-quality cured meats, especially the salami, which cannot be missing on a respectable Bergamasque table. It should be noted that the menu includes many gluten-free dishes. What more can I say, a wonderful evening spent in good company accompanied by excellent food from our tradition. Great value for money. Congratulations to the owner and all the staff at Tana.

Entering, you immediately feel enveloped by a special warmth: the place is very welcoming and evocative, and the staff is extremely friendly. The dishes are refined, tasty, and well-presented: perfect for those who want to truly enjoy local cuisine that is absolutely not touristy. The menu specifies allergens - which I greatly appreciated as I am celiac - and they even brought me warm gluten-free bread. The wine cellar is remarkable and well-stocked for every budget; the bill is in line with the high quality of the food. I absolutely recommend it!
