A place with a small artisan workshop where gnocchi, ravioli, and tagliatelle are produced, and a separate workshop that only makes gluten-free tagliatelle. You can enjoy the pasta of your choice with your choice of sauce on-site, take it away, or simply buy the fresh pasta and take it with you. The owner is very kind and friendly.

Great homemade food. Freshly made tagliatelle displayed in front of you, homely aroma, cozy atmosphere, and very kind staff. They even have gluten-free pasta! I also enjoyed the house red wine, very delicate. I recommend the chianina ragù. Overall, the price seems low for genuine food.

REALLY EXCELLENT! They also offer gluten-free fresh pasta! A rare find. We tried the tagliatelle and the casoncelli, everything was delicious. Very attentive and kind service. Good selection in the wine list as well. We will return soon.

A necessary clarification: this is a workshop that produces its own fresh pasta, cooks it, and serves it, not a real restaurant. That said, we had a great time; the pasta is truly delicious and prepared perfectly; I had a carbonara like I haven't had in years! The gluten-free pasta is also excellent, and the management of cross-contamination is well-handled. The place is very characteristic, and the barrel vault made of river stones is fantastic. The ordering totem, the open kitchen, and the long, intimate space remind me a lot of authentic Japanese restaurants (only those who have been to Japan can understand). The place is managed by just two people, one in the kitchen and one in the dining area; this makes the waiting times a bit longer than average, so enjoy a glass of wine while waiting because it’s worth waiting a little longer for a freshly prepared dish. Absolutely recommended!
