In the Ciao restaurant area, there are frozen cannelloni, tortellini, and lasagna from Shaer. Everything else could be contaminated. In the bar area, there are some packaged desserts.

I cannot evaluate the food because due to my oversight (I didn’t check the focaccia they were warming for me) they heated a focaccia with the same name as the one I had paid for but with pork inside. Being intolerant to pork and unable to eat it, I asked if they could at least remove it, given that they didn’t even consider changing it for the one with eggplant and cherry tomatoes, but this was denied as well. They brushed me off with "well, if you want, I can cut it in half at most" implying "you can deal with it yourself". I want to mention that the place was empty, and I’m writing because I used to be on the other side of the counter not long ago and I would never allow myself to treat a customer like that. You are only profiting because you know people are forced to stop by and you don’t have competition. I hope my €7.50 that I practically gifted you, since in the end, I didn’t even eat, makes you richer and that you use it to pay for a course on how to deal with the public.

Kind and available staff, very professional. Excellent service from the self-service operators for gluten-free options. They demonstrated that even being a transit place, they follow the celiac customer with interest, dedicating time to them. Congratulations.
