There is a dedicated gluten-free menu at "Scherbe" - just ask for it. There is gluten-free bread (mostly from Schär). The staff is very well informed and is happy to ask directly in the kitchen. It is also pointed out that both gluten-free and gluten-containing products are processed in the kitchen. I have never had any issues with tolerability and eat there frequently. Four stars, because there are no gluten-free desserts.
