Really good ramen and all of them could be served with rice noodles (gluten free). They also asked if you wanted with or without soy sauce in terms of gluten. Friendly and quick service.

Hands down the most delicious gluten free ramen I've ever had! Would highly recommend🙂 They don't take reservations though, so be prepared to wait or come early.

We came asking for a table for 2 people on a Sunday evening. It was very busy so we had to wait 15 minutes or so but once inside the food came very quickly. They have vegetarian and gluten free options for mains and side dishes. Cute place to check out!

The ramen here is very tasty, and they offer a dedicated gluten-free menu featuring gluten-free noodles and broth (options that are hard to find in this type of establishment). The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are fair. I definitely recommend it for everyone.

I was genuinely shocked at the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE here (by a waitress with a darker complexion – the only way I can distinguish her)! I’ve never experienced anything of the kind in all my time in Amsterdam! 1) I ordered chicken ramen with gluten-free noodles, but was not informed that it would be served without chicken. 2) When I asked why the chicken was missing, that waitress responded rudely with, “I don’t know!” After a short pause, she added, “I’ll check.” A few minutes later, she returned and told me the absence of chicken was due to my gluten-free request – something that was not communicated to me when ordering. 3) I asked if chicken could be added separately. She reluctantly said she would check. A few minutes later, she returned to serve other customers but gave me no update. When I asked again, she rudely answered: “Yes, you have to wait. I have other things to do too, and it takes time.” 4) When the chicken finally arrived, it was COMPLETELY COLD – clearly straight from the fridge – and tasted STALE. I’ve never had ramen served with cold meat before. The male waiter stepped in and reheated it upon request. I wasn’t the only one frustrated. The two ladies at the table next to me were also left waiting far too long for their food, and they were complaining. I will not be returning. The service was unacceptable! Your staff needs serious training. If this continues, you will keep losing more customers. Such a shame!

Gluten free and vegan options available, just ask for the separate menu. I got basic miso with GF noodles and vegan broth - Very tasty and quick service!

After living in Amsterdam for 6 years I’ve always been confused by what gluten free options are available due to mixed reviews. In the past I know only non-veg options have been available but that seems to have changed. Even though their gf menu lists only non veg options are available, I can confirm they do in fact offer gf vegan options for ramen too. It’s just not printed on their menu. Staff were super aware of the allergy information and I felt safe eating here. 10/10

We visited Fou Fow Ramen for lunch as it's been recommended as a safe restaurant for someone who is celiac. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly. There's plenty of gluten-free choices on the menu, and best of all, the food is delicious.

This restaurant is overrated. It was pretty packed when we came, but we didn't have to wait. There are about five different broth options, including tonkatsu, shio, etc. and for each option, you can get basic, classic (has spinach, bean sprouts, and a couple more toppings), or large. I wanted a broth without garlic due to my garlic and onion intolerance, but there unfortunately wasn't one. My boyfriend and I both got the tonkatsu classic. The broth was super oily, the chasu pork didn't taste that good, and the egg was still cold. The only redeeming quality was that the noodles were pretty bouncy. I wouldn't recommend this place.
