Our daughter has celiac and watched as we ate countless incredible French baked goods in Paris. In an effort to share this culinary gift we finally made our way to Copains. The baguette was everything she hoped it would be. Merci!!! What a gift to share the quintessential French experience with our daughter.

Delicious, 100% gluten free pastry's which are safe for someone coeliac! There were also savery options that looked excellent. The staff were lovely. Highly recommend :)

A very beautiful discovery, both for the quality of the products and for the person behind the counter. We were served by an exceptional person, both a manager and the true soul of this gluten-free bakery. Welcoming, always smiling, with that little 'crazy' side that makes all the difference, he transmits a rare positive energy. You can feel someone who deeply loves what he does and has a true sense of life and others. Beyond the delicious products offered, what particularly touched me is their commitment: knowing that unsold items are donated to an association like Restos du Cœur shows real human values, and that deserves to be highlighted. Moreover, the pastries are not only very good but also lighter and more digestible. It’s a real plus, especially for people with sensitive stomachs or who have undergone surgery, who can finally enjoy without feeling heavy afterward. An address I recommend without hesitation, both to indulge and to support beautiful people.

A feast for the eyes and the stomach! My husband is celiac and he was very happy with the selection. I am not celiac but I have to say the food was tasty and fresh — you wouldn’t know it was gluten free! Their pistachio cake was on sample and it was tasty. We enjoyed the Croque Monsieur sandwich (warmed to perfection) and the Financier dessert. Be warned this is a tiny location and only has 4 seats so it is better for takeout.

We visit this bakery every time we are in Paris and as somebody who can't eat gluten, I have to saythat they have the best gluten free pastry! And also great options of gluten free and milk free desserts, which we also loved! The products are a bit more expensive than "normal" pastry bit it is expected when you have allergies so we didn't mind that. You can't expect the baked goods are "the same thing" as the ones with gluten, mainly croissant, but a lot of other thing are just as good. For example I personally recommend Sophie- apple pie puff pastry, Nathalie- chocolate-filled puff pastry and LĂ©o- circular puff pastry filled with several flavors you can choose from. They also have a great chai latte and vegan milks to choose from. We will absolutely come back, never had better!

Delicious gluten free oasis! My wife is celiac and this was a fantastic bakery where every item is gluten free. From pastries to flatbreads and sandwiches, everything here was so good! Cannot recommend them more, hope we can find a way to expand their presence to the US. The sandwich in the picture was an experience, I am not celiac but that might have been the best sandwich I had in Paris!
