I’m not gluten free but decided to try this place as they offer vegan options. Vegan pastries cost 55KR each (approx £4.55 each), I did think it was a little pricey but it seemed most bakeries in central Stockholm charged that much. I tried vegan chokladbollar (chocolate balls), vegan vanilla custard pastry, vegan cinnamon roll and vegan cream pastry with some sort of a nutmeg filling. Personally I didn’t enjoy it that much as I found it dry and overly sweet. Texturally you could tell that it was lacking gluten. if you do eat gluten I would not recommend to come to this place as you will inevitably compare it to products with gluten. However, if you are gluten free and vegan, then I am sure you will love this place, hence why I have given it a fair rating.

Such a lovely bakery! They have the best gluten-free pastries in Stockholm. The vegan vanilla bun and the saffron vanilla bun are amazing, super soft and full of flavor. Don’t miss the sesame bagel they have every Wednesday! The staff was really kind and friendly. Highly recommend:)💛

Very good gluten free bakery. I think I had the best gluten free chocolate chip cookie ever. No croissants. Average price for any piece is around 4 euros. The place is small, so there isn’t much place to seat.

If you find yourself in central Stockholm and have gluten sensitivities or just prefer gluten-free foods, find your way to Happy Atelier. It will be one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Once my wife discovered this place, we visited it every day we were in Stockholm. Before we flew home, we went back to load up before we left for the airport. They have a wide selection to choose from but my wife particularly loved the cinnamon rolls (she refused to share them!) and she thought the sandwiches were wonderful. As someone who isn’t gluten sensitive, everything tasted like regular baked goods. To top it off, you can also get a very good cup of coffee.

I don't think I've ever left a review before, but I really want to show my support for Happy Atelier! I can safely say that it was the best cinnamon bun I've ever had, period, not just the best gluten free version! They can often be very dry but this one was super moist with lots of cinnamon filling. I tried a bite of the couple of other buns/cakes in the photo which were equally delicious, and I also got a mini pizza to take away which was incredible! I've only recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease so I was very grateful to find this place. Absolutely delicious baked goods, and my brother and sister (who are not gluten free) loved it just as much!
