I went to this place for years without ever complaining about anything. Since I became gluten intolerant, I only returned last week to eat pizza. I didn't like it at all; the pizza was undercooked and looked like a corn cake... not to my taste unfortunately, I will not be returning. My judgment is solely and exclusively about the pizza.

The pizza is well-topped, and in appearance, the difference with gluten pizza is minimal, except for the slightly yellower gluten-free dough, likely due to the presence of corn flour and the yellow plate on which it is served. It not only pleases the eye but also the palate: I found it very good and, as already mentioned, well topped. A pizza that fills you up. Moreover, I had a non-celiac try it, and although the difference with gluten dough was clear to her palate, she affirmed that it was tasty even for someone not used to gluten-free flavors. In terms of desserts, there were fewer choices: panna cotta, sorbet, crema catalana, and fiordilatte ice cream. I had the crema catalana, also on a yellow plate to indicate the need to remain uncontaminated, and it was good. Highly recommended!

Very thin and heavily topped pizza to cover a not particularly successful dough. Avoiding the crust, the pizza overall is good. The place is very convenient from the highway exit with ample space inside and in an internal courtyard, and plenty of parking along the street.

Not knowing Piacenza, I searched for the most renowned gluten-free pizzeria on a search engine. The reputation of this place is well deserved. The only way to distinguish a "normal" pizza from a gluten-free one is the color of the plate. Impeccable service and a well-furnished place. Fair prices.

Good morning, we had lunch last Sunday (on our way back to Rome) and the food and service were definitely excellent. Domenico, the waiter who attended to us, was extraordinarily kind and helpful. We had both pizza and pasta and I must say that everything met our expectations and the pictures, great for those who eat gluten-free (certified venue). Excellent value for money. Good luck and keep it up. Well done to everyone, especially to Mimmo.

The gluten-free pizza was not good, and on top of that, it was undercooked. It's better to prefer other dishes, perhaps fish, which seemed very inviting. Surely, they were very quick and kind.

Good gluten-free pizza. Gluten-free beer and lactose-free mozzarella are also available. AIC certified location. Very convenient location for those coming from the highway. Spacious venue and attentive staff.

Characteristic and clean venue managed by friendly staff, excellent. Furthermore, as a celiac, I was pleased to note that the venue has been certified "Gluten Free AIC" since 2014! The calzone (gluten-free) I had was really excellent. Highly recommended venue!

Passing through Piacenza, we searched for and found this pizzeria that also offered gluten-free options. The location, very close to the Piacenza Ovest exit, is strategic. It’s a nice establishment with several rooms and has a very outgoing, friendly staff that makes you feel at ease, without neglecting customer service. The gluten-free pizza is good. The Neapolitan-style pizza is excellent, thick and soft, and the pasta is very good; we had spaghetti with clams and spelt macaroni with shrimp. I repeat, the service is quick but lively and fun. When we pass through Piacenza again, we already know where to stop.

Located on Via Emilia. Free parking along the street. Now a historic pizzeria/restaurant in Piacenza. Excellent pizza, even gluten-free, made with good quality ingredients. The fish is also well served and of high quality. Professional staff, very friendly and never intrusive. Reasonable prices. Recommended!
