I went to this place for years without ever complaining about anything. Since I became gluten intolerant, I only returned last week to eat pizza. I didn't like it at all; the pizza was undercooked and looked like a corn cake... not to my taste unfortunately, I will not be returning. My judgment is solely and exclusively about the pizza.

The pizza is well-topped, and in appearance, the difference with gluten pizza is minimal, except for the slightly yellower gluten-free dough, likely due to the presence of corn flour and the yellow plate on which it is served. It not only pleases the eye but also the palate: I found it very good and, as already mentioned, well topped. A pizza that fills you up. Moreover, I had a non-celiac try it, and although the difference with gluten dough was clear to her palate, she affirmed that it was tasty even for someone not used to gluten-free flavors. In terms of desserts, there were fewer choices: panna cotta, sorbet, crema catalana, and fiordilatte ice cream. I had the crema catalana, also on a yellow plate to indicate the need to remain uncontaminated, and it was good. Highly recommended!

Very thin and heavily topped pizza to cover a not particularly successful dough. Avoiding the crust, the pizza overall is good. The place is very convenient from the highway exit with ample space inside and in an internal courtyard, and plenty of parking along the street.

The gluten-free pizza was not good, and on top of that, it was undercooked. It's better to prefer other dishes, perhaps fish, which seemed very inviting. Surely, they were very quick and kind.

Good gluten-free pizza. Gluten-free beer and lactose-free mozzarella are also available. AIC certified location. Very convenient location for those coming from the highway. Spacious venue and attentive staff.
