The best gluten-free brioche I have ever tasted! I allow myself to go there rarely, but when I do, I almost order everything! This morning I tried the new pastries with custard... out of this world! And the pain au chocolat? To die for! And the lactose-free shortbread cookies? Don’t even get me started! Everything is truly delicious and light; you could eat it all. Plus, the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, every time, and the staff working in front of you is impeccable, clean, and harmonious. Not to mention it’s the first time I’ve found a gluten and lactose-free place that makes such good pizzas, focaccia, and bread of all types, finally!!!... What can I say? A place I love and absolutely recommend! A paradise for all celiacs and those intolerant to gluten and lactose!

My wife and I were very enthusiastic about this bakery. The owners' passion can be felt in every detail, starting from the impeccable cleanliness of the place. We had exceptional focaccias and baguettes, genuine products full of flavor. A gesture that really touched us was the cookie that the lady gave to our little girl, a small act of kindness that says a lot. This bakery deserves 5 stars. If you are looking for quality and love for one's work, it is definitely the right place.

I understand the name "leOrigini" because, as soon as you cross the entrance, you are captivated by the lack of division between the laboratory and the sales area. It is beautiful to see the work area in direct contact, allowing you to observe all the processing phases of the various items, from raw materials to finished products. Even the small counter, with its variety of foods, is a joy to the eyes. Although my family doesn't have gluten intolerances, we still wanted to try at least once some baked goods of this kind, especially because I believe that now more than ever, a wider variety of choices in how we eat is necessary to meet all the different needs of people. I admit that the absence of gluten is incomparable in taste and fragrance to that made with flour, and because of this, I can't give the experience the highest rating, but it is still an excellent production for those with intolerance issues. Particularly delightful are the pangoccioli. The price initially made me grimace a bit, but considering that these are special products, I understand this necessity well. One comment I would make is that I wouldn't keep fresh products like cake slices or tarts in direct sunlight.
