Delicious food, Italian restaurant and completely gluten-free. They sell sweet and savory items, and it’s also a restaurant, fantastic bolognese pasta. The pizza was not made with composite flours and it was fantastic too; the focaccia they offered us was well risen and crispy. The staff was welcoming and friendly, some were even Italian. I recommend it to anyone ❤️

Beautiful place hidden inside trondheim, everything is glutenfree which is lovely, the pastries were pretty good but the salty croissants with parm, aioli and mozzarella was to die for. Will definitely come back for it and to chat with the lovely staff

We are regular customers. They have the best french toast (with ice cream) that I've ever eaten, much better than breakfast restaurants in the USA. Very good bolognes (tomato) sauce. The cream sauce was a bit disappointing, wish it had more cheese, like Alfredo sauce, but it wasn't Alfredo. The pepper cream sauce is rather peppery, but is good on bread slices for breakfast. Hearty pasta! The baked goods taste best early in the day. Gluten free! Lactose free alternatives as well. Friendly service, but it's a smaller restaurant, so they have to practically run around when it's busy. Very nice and helpful owner/chef from Italy. Haven't tried sandwiches here, but the chef's foccaccia sandwiches at Lager 11 (the chef owns Flavors as well) are excellent, so the foccaccia should be excellent here as well.

Amazing place in the end of beautiful Bakklandet. Delicious coffee, sexy pastries and lovely staff. And gluten free! Definitely a place to visit in Trondhiem ❤️
