There are 12 flavors of ice cream in a separate showcase, defined as "for the intolerant" because they are gluten-free and lactose-free. However, these flavors can be served to everyone, even to those who are not celiac and have chosen the cone with gluten. Are we sure there is no contamination? The flavors that are not in this separate showcase, on the other hand, are not served to celiacs, even though some of them are gluten-free. The reason: "we use the same scooper for all these other flavors (which will be at least 24!) so there can be contamination." The organization could improve to give celiacs more variety of choice and greater safety. There is also a machine for decorating frozen yogurt with toppings, but we haven’t tried that.

A few days ago, we went to get ice cream for my celiac child, but the experience was quite unpleasant. There are gluten-free flavors available, but when I asked to change the spoon and kindly requested to take the ice cream from an untouched part of the container to avoid contamination, the staff acted as if they didn’t hear me and did nothing of the sort. When I pointed it out, they rudely and dismissively remade the cup without changing the spoon, saying that the flavors were gluten-free but they couldn't guarantee non-contamination. I was completely speechless. I have never seen such an attitude in an ice cream shop.

Great ice cream, there are about ten gluten-free flavors in a separate display. Before serving me, the ice cream maker washed their hands. Crepes and brioche are also available.

Great ice cream shop on the waterfront of Vasto marina, a very nice place, excellent ice creams and desserts, wide choice of flavors and ice creams for lactose intolerant! I recommend it!

Gluten-free and lactose-free brioche and ice cream were delicious. The cup that my friend took said it was good, in fact, for all 3 days we were there, we went to get ice cream because it was so good. 😁😁 Only the price was too high, in my opinion..
