We often spend our holidays in Jesolo and this year we tried this beachfront facility suitable for families with small children for the first time. We appreciated the courtesy of all the staff from the Director to the waiters and waitresses, all polite and smiling, very helpful even in managing special dietary needs (celiac disease). The pool is beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away, the cuisine is excellent. The evening baby dance was also greatly appreciated, a pleasant and unexpected surprise. We have known the Elpiro group chain for years, which has confirmed impeccable management, even in this situation. Highly recommended!

Very poor and disgusting gluten-free cuisine; they claim to be equipped for children but, apparently, they are not even able to prepare a broth. Once it was cold, another time too salty when we explicitly said not to add salt since our daughter is only 6 months old. In the end, one day she was unwell, so we felt compelled to stop giving her that and only give her milk. There was always a lot of confusion among the waiters, and the owner seems unable to manage everything. I certainly will not return, and I advise everyone against it, especially families with small children and those with celiac disease.
