muni coffee&bake: A gluten-free experience in a hidden spot in Ropponmatsu This bakery in Ropponmatsu, Fukuoka, is marked by its blue floor and adorable cat paw prints. The interior has a calming white-walled ambiance, and it offers a selection of healthy, gluten-free and plant-based treats. This time, I purchased a scone and a cookie. Because of the store's commitment to quality ingredients, the price of each scone is quite high, and honestly, I wouldn't say it's great value for money. I was surprised at the price of two for 920 yen, but it seems like a good gift for someone avoiding wheat and animal products, or a special treat for yourself.

I stumbled into this cafe after seeing a friendly employee who greeted me on the street. The staff were friendly and the drinks were delicious and warm. The gluten-free chocolate salt scone was delicious, and the latte had a rich, rich flavor. The soothing music was nice, and the merchandise was cute. The paw prints at the entrance were adorable, too. I want to come back again.

A popular shop near Nishitetsu Hirao Station has opened a new location in Ropponmatsu! While they have a great selection of drinks, their distinctive baked goods really stand out! Made with gluten-free and plant-based ingredients, what's amazing is that despite the various restrictions, they are incredibly delicious. There's no cloying sweetness, and no heavy aftertaste. Honestly, I personally don't mind gluten or plant-based ingredients, but I still prefer these. And I never get tired of them. I would especially recommend them to health-conscious people! They also make great gifts! The interior, based on white and wood tones, exudes a sense of cleanliness. Compared to the main store, the shop is more spacious, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The owner and staff are very kind and friendly, making it a very comfortable cafe!
