Loved this place! I had the smoked salmon raclette and the espresso & mascarpone waraboro...both were so yummy! It is a pity that there was nobody else ....I hope that s because it was a Monday night and not something that happens most evenings, as it would be a real pity and a big loss for gluten free people in Fukuoka.

A Gluten-Free Oasis (and the kindest owner in Fukuoka!) If you are traveling Japan gluten-free, you know the struggle is real. Finding *Non gluten Cafe 8302* felt like I found the Holy Grail! I traveled from Fukuoka station to Takeshita station (about a 10-15 minute walk from there) specifically to try this place. In my excitement—and because I’m an early riser—I arrived at 9:00 AM... completely missing the fact that they don't open until 10:00 AM. As I stood there sweating in the heat, debating my life choices and getting ravenously hungry, the owner arrived around 9:15. Instead of telling me to come back later, he opened the shutters, invited me in, and fired up the grill 45 minutes early just for me.The food was absolutely worth the journey and the wait. I had two Komeko (rice flour) Galettes with fried egg, ham, and cheese. They were incredible. I also ordered a Cafe Au Lait, which turned out to be one of the best coffees I’ve had on my entire trip.We spent the morning chatting about business, baseball, and travel while he cooked. It wasn't just a meal; it was a genuine connection and a highlight of my time in Fukuoka. I can’t wait to bring my wife and family here someday.Pros: 100% Gluten-free, amazing rice flour galettes, superb coffee, incredible hospitality.

Delicious gluten-free food and desserts. Very friendly people. We enjoyed our time here. I am 100% gluten-free because of allergy, so a gluten-free place is wonderful. It's a small kitchen, we waited for a long time for our desserts, over 30 minutes, because the place was busy. Maybe don't be in a hurry when you come here. The lights inside are very bright, which I am not a fan off, I think it would be a better atmosphere with more dimmed and warm light in the lamps by the tables. This is just my opinion. Thank you for a delicious meal.
